Hi,
Physios from US or Canada using IDD therapy (Intervertebral differential dynamics), can you please advice me on your success rate and protocol for the treatment of lumbar dics prolapse. I have recently learned to use IDD machine in UK and I am wondering what other treatments are you using in combination with IDD, to get good results?
Any info appreciated

IDD therapy is a non-surgical, clinically proven spine treatment suitable for the following conditions: herniated discs, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, facet syndrome, general low back and neck pain. It is basicly a modern, computerized tipe of lumbar or cervical traction, which is able to target and distract selected vertebrae.

This treatment has been successfully used in US, and is slowly spreading in Europe.
I would like to hear from physios who are using this treatment in US. It is very new treatment in UK, and we can't compare the success rate with US yet. In UK medical insurance is not paying for it at the moment so it is not the first treatment of choice.
