Alophysio , I would not classify those you have described as having had trauma, Trauma as i would accept it as a participant in pain, would be a fracture , bruise ( periosteal ) neural injury, whiplash etc. The types you have indicated fit perfectly within a group I would identify as most likely to have neuralgic/neural pain. It is possible that it is your method that may fail you , rather than your intention/willingness or perhaps even your perspective. I know you have read my pieces on CM.
