    Question Nodule, taut band, and trigger point

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
    Hi! Can anyone explain to me the difference between nodule, taut band, and trigger point? I am always confused everytime I write documentation. Thank you.

    Trigger points, also known as trigger sites or muscle knots, are described as hyperirritable spots in skeletal muscle that are associated with palpable nodules in taut bands of muscle fibers.
