    Hi Maposat,

There are 2 kinds of Heel spurs or Wikipedia reference-linkplantar fasciitis:
1.Primary plantar fasciitis-results from a mechanical overload of the plantar fascia by the sum of intrinsic and extrinsic loads

    2. Secondary plantar fasciitis-the result of direct trauma to the fascia and systemic diseases, like arthritis, that may effect the attachment of the fascia to the heel bone (calcaneus).

Treatment options for Primary Plantar Fasciitis are:

    • Biomechanical methods
    Wikipedia reference-linkAnti-inflammatory methods
    • Extracorporeal Shockwave therapy
    • Surgery

    For Secondary Plantar fasciitis :
Rest, Ice, Elevation (RICE) immobilization and wound care.

Here are some stretches to reduce heelpain.

    Ciao!!!
