No Range of Motion (ROM) for 26 weeks in my left knee

i haven't had any ROM for 26 weeks since my injury, I've had a arthroscopy and MUA, I've also had plenty of physio but they are refusing to see me now due to no improvement... What are the long term effects of this

I just want some opinions. thanx

ive used the TENS again today and once my leg stopped going into spasm, my leg felt different, it didnt feel as vunerable, painful and heavy as it usually does

i dont know whatis happening to me, ive woke up this morning and lost that little flexion i had, its just back to how it was a couple weeks ago..
this is just bizzare

this is typical of RSD im afraid. are you taking the gabapentin?

the patients that i see with this condition often appear to be improving at one session and then back to square one again at the next. mmost of them demonstrate a very slow gradual recovery towards normal again.

on a lighter note i like the fly thing next to your name. how did you get that??

how long does it take your patients to start to return to normal? i know everyone is different but its it months or years?

im currently treating 3 patients with RSD in there arm and wrists. they are about 1 year following onset. 2 of them are almost normal again. the 3rd is about 1/2 way there.

my left arm has been virtually non existent for the last 2 days ive really struggled to move it, this happened about 3 years ago but within 6 weeks it was about normal again...i dont know whether this is part of the deal or not

do you now have a problem with your arm and leg? are they both on the same side.

could the arm thing be due to using the crutches?

you must be well fed up!

i havent used for crutches since friday as my balance has just gone mad, yes its all the same side (Left) but all this with the left arm and balance happened bout 3 years ago too, so i wouldnt say its down to the crutches.
yes im really fed up 29 weeks and still got nowhere, i like your pic cute but scary

have you had any investigations over the last 3 years for this problem then. sounds strange. has it happened repeatedly over the last 3 years?

yes you will have toput it on your cv about being a cpd legend.
when it happened 3 years ago id lost all movment and they thought id had a stroke but a ct scan ruled this out... and then it happened again a couple days back

could it be stress related? were you under undue stress 3 years ago when it lst happened?

no i werent under any stress 3 years ago life was going to plan, but now it could be stress related but definitly not 3 years ago..
u should come and get a job and be my physio im sick of seeing different ones,

yeah any good jobs? i didnt think that you would be recommending your trust after the way they have treated you. also not sure if i would want to work in a group of physios that pass on patients that they give up on.
