    Re: low back ache

    Hello,

If you plan on searching for a more obscure topic such as that then it might help to open up your search resources.

You may want to discover 'gray' or 'grey' literature search engines.
Just type that as a key term into a general search engine and examine all the types of grey literature sources available. Also pubmed is obviously useful. You will probably have to find some student level unpublished piece of work such as a M level review.

    Also consider your search terms:

Photgraphy + Epidemiology + Aetiology + other search terms

Obviously one misnomer may be Photography may give you many results in some form of imaging method, rather than photographers themselves!

    Good luck
