Management of sub acute low back pain

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
    Hi,
i am looking for information on how to start a programme for optimal management of patients with sub-acute back pain (4-12 weeks) . I am looking more on track of biopsychosocial interventions and MDT programmes based on CBT. i will appreciate if you can share your experience, specially if somebody has organised similar programmes in NHS.
    Thanks

Re: Management of sub acute low back pain

If in the UK check out the CSP website,

information regarding Yellow flags would be useful, a recent article written by Dr Paul Watson has much relevant information regarding this.

    Regards
