I have a 52 years old male patient presenting with three month old bilateral distal forearm, wrist, hand and finger pain, stiffness and moderate swelling. Patient has family history of diabetes. Blood work has shown negative for RA. Very sensative to touch, passive ROM evaluation was painful and restricted. Allen's test was negative. Phalen was positive for local pain on the anterior wrist joint. Would anyone have an opinion on this case?
