    M.S.: Cardiovascular Fitness

Does anyone run outpatient fitness groups for this type of client? If so what criteria do you use and what baseline assessments do you make?

    re: M.S.: Cardiovascular Fitness

yes. I run an outpatient ms clinic that includes more intensive work for many 'high level' MS clients. Improved Aerobic fitness is often an important goal for these people. Fatigue, body temperature increase, and activity dependent conduction block are the main factors I need to consider when working with this type programme. The best evidence is the Petejan study on aerobic fitness (1996). My email is [email protected]
