    pontine lesion in CVA

Hi physio's! I'm on my third clinical affiliation and have a 25 y.o. patient who's had 2 stroke's since december. Know that the main lesion is in the pons. COuld anyone confirm that this lesion is from the MCA and if so, should she present as a typical MCA CVA would present? ANy info. or expertise advice you may have will be greatly appreciated!
