    Facial Palsy - Bell's Palsy

    Can u tell me how to differentiate between UMNL and LMNL in facial palsy?

    hi
    one of my patient has got tumour in the occipital region.the tumour was removed completly by surgery.but she has facial palsy on the right side and she is getting physiotherapy treatment on and off for nearly 8months.can she get complete recovery?i gave tens,pnf exercises,massage and finally straping.is there any other therapy to help her?pls reply me
