Hi everybory from Spain
I write this lines to make question:
Do you know in what consist the “motor relearning program” create by Carr, JH; Shepherd, RB in 1987, I mean, I ask for no only a little explanation about the treatment, I know that is a treatment that it’s base with a science movement and that try that the patient with a neurological problem as stroke relearn how to move again, using the new knowledge about the neuroplasticity and synaptogenesis, but: how the method do it????
Somebody kwon the “Cognitive therapeutic cognitive exercise ” develop by Carlo Perpetti in Italy?

What´s the difference between methods?
Thanks in advance and regards

... I have very good therapeutical experiences with this concept, mostly in the rehabilitation of patients with neuromotorial disorders, mainly patients suffering from hemiplegia (including ataxia, apraxia, visuoconstructive problems) and severe brain trauma. It 's a very clever concept offering the patient a sensomotory problem in the therapeutic setting (mostly working with the eyes closed) and by guiding her/him in a proper way you let her/him use the most sofisticated strategy she/he is able to use, instead of let her/him use compensatory movements, what would be the easiest solution, but mostly not the most efficient way to move. Therefore it's possible to reach movements almost free of pathology and avoid secondary complications.
... It's regretful because I think that obstructs the concept development in Europe and worldwide...
(time flies...)
