Re: Hand rehabilitation post stroke BY ELECTRIC STIMULATION

As a recovering stroke patient and one who just bought my own NMES unit, this is very helpful. One question has come up. Is there any benefit to stimulating my finger flexors, which currently are quite spastic and curled, to try to overpower and exhaust those muscles? Somehow I need to get my finger flexors quieted down before I can use neuro plasticity for my finger extensors. Botox barely worked
    Thanks, Dean
