    Back and posture problems are among the common problems people face. Whether it is swayback or flat back, most of the back posture problems can be solved by getting rid of the poor habits and starting stretching and strengthening exercises that the back muscles. If these does not work then you must consult the best neurologist for effective treatment. Moreover you can try these measures.


    Stand with weight mostly on the balls of the feet, not with weight on the heels.
    Keep feet slightly apart, about shoulder-width.
    Let arms hang naturally down the sides of the body.
    Avoid locking the knees.
    Tuck the chin in a little to keep the head level.
