Torn ACL graft

Hi,
I tore my ACL and had a knee reconstruction about 5 years ago. Recently I had swelling and pain to the same knee and subsequently had a MRI. The scan showed a partial tear to the anterior fibres of the ACL graft. Does this mean another knee reconstruction?
