I am looking to talk to UK physio's who are interested in the above subject. I work for a company trying to introduce a European concept known as "Medical Exercise Therapy" which is is system of applying graded exercises.

I would have thought that would be a given. Without graded exercises, how else does one do rehabilitation ?
Sorry, therapeutic exercise is common sence approach.
