My question is about McConnel medial taping technique. I would esspecially need a definition of it. I can't find any good info on the web. If you have any info, please share it. I would really appreciate it.

the defintion is quite complex because she aims to do more than one thing with the taping.
Have you looked at this article:
McConnell, J. (1996). Management of patellofemoral problems. Manual Therapy, 1(2), 60-66.
It pretty well says it all.
Otherwise lots of physio texts have chapters cotributed by McConnell.
