i think resection of hemangioma must performed as it may affect hip flexors and the gait so decompressin for L1 is essential and u should tell us about the sings and symtoms with clear discreption
hello everyone...I have a case of 64 year old man with lumbar spondylosis, L5 spondylolisthesis(garde 1), L5-S1 intervertebral foraminal stensois, L1 vertebral hemangioma....is conseravtive managemnt helpful in this case???plzzzzzzzzzzzzz help!!!!!
