    LBP Questionnaires

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
    Can anyone tell me how to get hold of the following to evaluate:
    Owestry Disability Questionairre
    SF 36 physical functioning scale
    Quebec back pain disability scale

    try the Australian Health Outcomes Collaboration ( go to google.com and do a search for AHOC) - ithink they have a review of the SF36 and a few other outcomes scales. Teh AHOC also has links to heaps of other sites with similar measures
