What`s your experience about patients with shipped disk L5/S1 and increasing pain and radiation until the back of the lower (M. gastrocnemius). I need some information about different treatments according to these symptoms. I tried to treat with Mc Kenzie, manual therapy, stabilisation exercises, warmth. He had an inguen operation for many years and a sensitive scar from an appendix operation. Treating them, the pain and the radiation can be reduced for one hour. What can I do else ?
