Hi there. Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong section, but this is my first time here. I was hoping that someone could help me with a problem that I have. I have a lower x syndrome which should mean that I have long weak hamstrings. They are relatively weak, but extremely short. From what I know about postural imbalances you should strengthen the weak muscles and stretch the tight ones. However, in this case, should I be stretching my hamstrings? Both hamstrings are just as bad as eachother. Also, could someone please tell me why the hamstrings are so tight when I would have thought that they would be long. Thanks.
