    I completely understand your concern. Physio can definitely help with that.

    I'm working with a number of people with disc issues presently and sometimes it's not about the low back at all, that's just where the problem shows up, it's about the rest of the body. In our desk working society the mid and upper back can seize and stop moving making the low back do too much. Getting a rebalance of muscles and posture retraining then eases issues with the low back. This is just one scenario that may not apply to you. Seeing a good physio can help sort out why you are having disk issues at such a young age no matter if you have the surgery or not.
