    Plz Help...!!!
    Hi, I've just started with my private practice...
    I've a lady patient (26 yr) who has severe pain in her right wrist(1 month).. there's a swelling but not much and also severe pain on dorsal ulnar styloid.. She has cervical problem as well with pain radiating in both arms(since 4 yrs) {no previous treatment}.. suggest from where do i start... i'm giving her US & IFT on wrist and waiting for CS X-ray to confirm diagnosis...

    hi,
    in my opinion she must be having degenerative changes in Cx spine bcz she has b/l radiatn with a h/o 4yrs.
    i advice u 2 go 4 traction approximation test,if tracn centralises the pain, u can continue the same.
    also assess 4 carpal tunnel syndrome.
    start with some gentle cx mobln & stretching if rqd.
