The much used "Stanley Hoppenfeld: Physical Examination of the Spine and Extremities" is a very useful book, so is "Management of Common Musculoskeletal Disorders" by Randoph M Kessler and Darlene Herting, and the very detailed and comprehensive "Sports Injury Assessment and Rehabilitation" by David C.Reid, B.P.T., M.D.The last one is very useful, with great graphics and drawings etc, and as David Reid started out as a physiotherapist, it is always very relevent to our profession.
Is that what you wanted?
