Subluxation at hip joint during sport

Hi I am new to this site so getting difficult to surf each area here. I am suffering from above mentioned disease. The cause is subluxation at the hip joint during sports 5 years back.

Symptoms

• Pain usually at hip jt during circumduction.
• Sometimes pain even at rest.
• No inflammation, no swelling.
• Pain at posteior hip near to sacral dimple is the only symptom.

Could someone please suggest some treatment?
