Hello,
I have a 6 yr old patient with knocking knees and valgus. I tested his muscles and non of them are weak, spoke with his Orthopedist and was asked to treat him for a month and find out if therapy is working.
Now i have started giving him Angular traction for his Valgus and his Doctor has advised him to horse ride for his knocking knees, but upon discussing with senior therapists if i should advise a night-splint (KAFO) for continious traction, one of them agreed but the second did not.
if anyone of u could help and share a somewhat similar experiance it would be appreciated!
Thanks
