    Management of cervical and thoracic fractures

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
    Hi, I'm a second year student and would like to know the management of cervical and thoracic fractures.I know I need to refer to books but unfortunately the college does not have sufficient reference books for us .
    Can anyone direct me to where I can search online . Any other advice will be much appreciated. Thank you

    You could start by downloading the Physio Toolbar. This has links to a bunch of free online resources for all sort of medical and anatomical issues. It's a great place to start.
