Outcome Measures for assessing botox on upper limb function in children

    Cerebral Palsy In Infancy
I am a PT working in London looking into objectively assessing upper limb function pre and post botox injection in children with Cerebral Palsy. The QUEST is the best I have come across so far. I would be interested to hear from anyone carrying out similar work in Paediatrics. Thank you.

re: Outcome Measures for assessing botox on upper limb function in children

There are 2 units in Melbourne using Botox in Paediatrics that I know of. Christine Blackburn at Monash Medical Centre uses it heaps for lower limbs especially the toe walkers and also for upper limbs. The Royal Childrens Hospital is also involved in its use. Maybe either group can help you?
