Hi, i have a 3 to 4 pages assessment proforma for C.P. which i got from HOD of Occupational therapy department of a delhi govt. hospital 2 years ago during my bachelors.
But i will have to scan it & then i will send to u.

Could you enlighten me a little about what having become a paediatric physiotherapist means in India. "I am Peadiatric physical therapist (just finished my exams). "

What kind of background education did you recieve and which subjects are included in your PPT exams? Does it mean you have followed a NDT/Bobath course? I have no idea and it does help clarify your question.
