Hi, new here so go easy!

I’m having some groin trouble and looking for a little guidance. I’m a reasonably healthy 27yo male and play football (soccer). I played 90mins on Saturday afternoon with no problems and felt fine Saturday night. When I woke Sunday morning I felt a slight pain which got gradually worse till Monday afternoon. There’s no bruising or swelling though the whole of my left thigh is tender to touch and it’s painful to walk and move. The pain has gotten slightly easier today (Tuesday) but is still painful to touch and move.

I just thought it odd that I had no immediate pain and that it took 24hours for it to really kick in. I’m not sure where to start with any sort of rehabilitation, ie. stretching etc. Any help is much appreciated!
