    Brief Medical History Overview

    Broken Femur

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
Hi, I have recently broken my femur in a Horse Riding accident, I had and operation to have a rod down the centre of my bone and 3 pins holding it in place. I landed on my knee, although i haven't any bruising on my knee and no obvious injury i am finding it very painful to bend my knee, i keep moving it and although it is painfully i am trying to bend it. I wondered if what i am doing is correct or should i just keep it still.

Any feedback would be helpful. Thank you.
