hi I wonder if anyone else has gone through what I'm going through!? I'm recovering from a neurological condition & I lack confidence when walking,for example in stead of stepping down a curb or step I freeze & have a mental block!! I have to phic myself up before I can do such a simple task,has anyone previously gone through this? looking forward to your replies..if any!!
