Hi I have got a problem...suggest me some treatment...

1.6 x 1.7 cm sized well defined, non enhancing lesion following CSF intensity on all sequences in sacral spine canal extending from lower border of S1 segment to S3 segment level, scalloping the adjacent sacral bones displacing cauda equina roots represents an arachnoid cyst probably extradural.



2.Mild diffuse posterior bulge of L4-L5 and L5-S1 discs abutting the thecal sac.
