After very good and intensive physiotherapy I am no much fitter after separating my shoulder in Febuary. I am due to start playing rugby soon and was wondering if I should try and protect it? My physio mentioned something along the lines of a donut (2 pieces of foam over the bump one of which has a hole cut in it). Firstly are there any precautions I should take while playing for the first few weeks? And secondly where can I get these pads and the strapping to hold them down from?
