    Brief Medical History Overview

    Bodyblade and shoulder rehabilitation

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
    Hi there,

I'm interested in finding out more about the benefits for using the bodyblade as a rehabilitation tool. I have scap instability issues along with a tear in the long head of the biceps.

I am finding that with the weights program (I've given up on resistance band) I am gaining strength but I still seem to be having problems with my shoulder being able to take the impact from strong movements and external force (e.g. from dancing).

Thoughts on the benefits of the bodyblade are greatly appreciated particularly from practitioners who use this tool as part of their rehabilitation program for shoulder injuries.

    Cheers,
    Angie

    Aircast Airselect Short Boot
I used to love playing with the body blade. Sorry it's been 2 months since your post.
I haven't seen one for about 2 years, but I remember playing with it and thinking this would be very fun for shoulder rehabilitation.

Did you end up using one? how are you now?
