    Re: Snapping triceps syndrome

    dear ben,

    well as far as I know snapping triceps syndrome is primarily due to a bony anatomical anomaly (congenital or post-traumatic) and the treatment is surgical;
    anatomic variation of the triceps muscle (congenital or developmental) may precipitate similar symptoms for which the treatment is physical therapy.

    please go through the article attached below to further understand the pathomechanics of this relatively rare disorder.

    on the contrary, I am not sure whether further research has been done to define an alternative treatment approach.

    cheers,

    thomas
