Hi,
I tore my ACL skiing in the slopes of A-Basin in Colorado in Feb this year. I underwent the ACL surgery (Hamstring Graft) and i had a good post of physio program at least for the first 6 months.

After that i was supposed to follow the exercises on my own and due to various reasons (mainly laziness!) i have done any exercise or even visited the Gym after the first six months till now.

I don't have any problem when i walk. But i really haven't tried running a lot and i still favor my other leg when i try to walk fast or run.

I have a bit of pain when i try to extend my leg and i haven't got 100% extension yet. I am also not able to sit back on my heels (butt to heel).

Please let me know if i screwed up by not doing the exercises or i can still come back on track if i start doing the exercises now. Thanks.
