Hi all

just a quick one

I havei think a muscle imbalance in my arms due other problems

but i feel like my biceps are tigt and they spasm soemtimes, the only way i get relief is to work out like this and it does help but it comes back at the end of the day usually

is this correct what i am doing, all i want to do is relieve pressure on my biceps. should i be woprkout ok the tight muscle, it doesnt feel right if i do.....

eventually will this correct itself i i workout enough on my triceps ?

in the meantime i am still sarching formy other problems as per my other post

but i think there isa severe muslc eimbalance going on i just hope i can correct it
