Has your back become weak ? Or is it because of Pain that you cant move ?
You havent mentioned do you have pain in your back ?
Did you get an MRI done Check if it has Any Disc Prolapse ?

My back has become weak and rigid due to not moving it (because I am scared of hurting it again.) I do have back pain. I had an MRI I had a disk bulge. Thank you for replying and bless you too.

Read out what your MRI report says ? Is it a disc bulge posteriorly ?
