    trapped nerve

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
    I have had a trapped nerve between my neck and shoulder for a month im 23 and so so worried. The pain is agonising, and in my back, neck, arm and leg. People are telling me it will never go!? Im out of my mind please please help!

    So go see someone about it and not the GP as they won't help. Normally you'll get relief for most of the typical causes of that in 1 if not 2 sessions. Why wait.

    I agree, don't wait, you should see a physio and rest. I have a compressed ulnar nerve and while progress is slow, I'm feeling better than what I was feeling three weeks ago.
