Good evening, new to the site so apologies if this is in the wrong section!
I have been lifting weights for approx 4 months and my left wrist is now hurting when any sort of weight is put on it, when i twist my left wrist it hurts. The pain is on top/side of the wrist on the little fingers side. Can you help me? CHeers Dan

The wrist is a very complex structure (I'm not teaching you to suck eggs here) however the best thing you can do is see your GP as he will be able to perform tests to see whether it is musculagenic, myogenic, or neurogenic, until this is done then people herecan only assume what it could be?
