Brief Medical History Overview
Twisted ripcage, tight hamstrings and clicking...
I'm very concious of my rib cage as my left side juts out and higher than the right side. Is there anything that can be done?
Also, for years I've had tight hamstrings and its just starting to get on my nerves as I can straighten my leg when i lift it when im lying down and also when i sit with my legs out straight i cant put my body in a perfect 90 degree angle to my legs cause it hurts so much. I stretch as much as I can and walk constantly from monday to friday? what can i do?
Another thing is when i excercise like sit ups and other repeating bending excercises my joints click constantly and its getting uncomfortable to hear and also feel when i try to excercise. any advice?
