worm like movements in muscle

After taking a rx drug for two months. I started having body jerks at while at rest, tremors, wormlike movements (rippling) of my muscle. Does this cause permanent nerve damage? They have stopped, but I have lost a lot of muscle. I am going to the neuro for the second time. I had an EMG done last Nov. They said it was normal. Going back a second time. Any feed back?
