Hi Guys,

getting desperate with this one...

Symptoms: Right shoulder is weak, no strength in it at all, there is no pain. I am so weak in the arm, doing a push up is nearly impossible....

Exercise: i attend gym approximately 5 times a week, breaking my sessions up into arms, shoulders, legs, rest, chest, back, rest. I play volleyball 3 times a week.

Anything bring it on? i dont recall anything bringing this on, no dislocation no sudden pain, just all of a sudden cant lift any weight with right arm, my tricep seems particularly weak....for some reason

note. i am super flexiable....have been doing exercises with rubber band and light weights to assist strengthening

any thought at all guys?
