    Brief Medical History Overview

    no strength in shoulder, but no pain as well

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
    Hi Guys,

    getting desperate with this one...

    Symptoms: Right shoulder is weak, no strength in it at all, there is no pain. I am so weak in the arm, doing a push up is nearly impossible....

    Exercise: i attend gym approximately 5 times a week, breaking my sessions up into arms, shoulders, legs, rest, chest, back, rest. I play volleyball 3 times a week.

    Anything bring it on? i dont recall anything bringing this on, no dislocation no sudden pain, just all of a sudden cant lift any weight with right arm, my tricep seems particularly weak....for some reason

    note. i am super flexiable....have been doing exercises with rubber band and light weights to assist strengthening

    any thought at all guys?

    I'm not a physio but it sounds like you have shoulder instability in the right shoulder. I'd suggest that you go and see a physio to see if they can diagnose what's going on. They will also be able to suggest what exercises you should be doing and a graded program to help get your strength up.

    You may be noticing that one of the reasons why you are not getting stronger is that you are strengthening your shoulder in a different range. There are some great shoulder physio's around in Sydney. The guys out at the North Sydney sports medicine and physiotherapy clinic are awesome. There is also another place which is in Sydney called the shoulder injury clinic.

    Hi...I got neck shoulder and tricep problem..it happened when i was doing arm wrestling..and suddenly i saw a jerk in the shoulder joint..iam very passionate about excercise..now i cant do my shoulder workout properly and recently i have got stiff neck problem which is connecting to shoulder..a small jump is taking my breath away..that is a squeezing pain...and tricep gets locked when i do workout..any one can help me out what would be the problem..i have concernd the physician he told me to take rest i did..but still it is not usefull..plz help me out with rehabilation
