    Brief Medical History Overview

    Hamstring? Injury.

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
Ok so i was training on Thursday and felt my hamstring go a bit sore near the end of session. Woke up on Friday an it felt a bit sore, but nothing too bad. So i felt i was fine to play the game on Sunday......played and it was quite sore again on the Monday, but i went to training again on Monday (stupidly) . Then i woke up on Tuesday and its really sore when i walk, its still the same today. Total nightmare going up and down the stairs!

The pain is the lower of my hamstring verging on the back of my knee ( the right side). When i bend my knee, its pretty sore but nothing when my legs straight.

Anyone tell me whats up? I've iced it a few times - although i dont know if thats any use? I've got a game on Sunday do you think i have any chance of making it?

    Thanks!

Not a physio myself, but a hamstrung girl, Google:

    RICE

    Rest
    Ice
    Compression
    Elevation

Ice is great, rest essential - I'd say Sunday is out! I'm sure a qualified person will give you some good advice, but in the meantime, you've seen what happens when you don't rest it
