Hello. I've broken my left femur (just right above my knee) 8 years ago in a car accident.

The first operation didn't go right, and the bones weren't properly aligned so I had to do a 2nd one (a year later) which fixed that problem. However as I grew up my leg didn't grew normally. It slightly began to curve on the outside because the "grow-line or grow-zone' apparently was damaged on the left side. So I had to undergo a 3rd surgery which used Taylor Spatial Frame. This was done last year because I had stopped growing taller.

I've also undergone rehabilitation several times but this time it's taking more. I'm guessing it's because I have to stretch a short muscle and also work with the knee. It's obvious it's become quite boring for me to rehabilitate so many times and go back, so sometimes I'm very lazy... until I get my confidence back.

I removed the frame at the start of this year and I can bend my leg at around 70 degrees. Will it be harder to go further and how long might it take? I can post X-Rays if wanted.
