Brief Medical History Overview
Why would the posistion of my fist determine whether my elbow clicks or not?
Hey guys
I have a clicking elbow right side only. I noticed it i while ago when doing some bicep curls with weights. I dont do them or pull ups etc, because i feel it irritates it the more it clicks. It also clicks when i drink my tea. (cup to mouth)
Any way Ive noticed through experimentation, that if turn my hand/fist 90degrees from the posistion it was in when it clicked, and then repeat the flexion of my arm it does NOT click.
For example when standing up arms by my side and hand/fist facing forward and then flexing my arm, the elbow will click. But if turn my hand/fist so it is facing my body and then flex my arm it does NOT click.
Any thoughts or a reason why this happens,
thanks
