After an Wikipedia reference-linkMRI revealed a partially torn Distal Bic Tendon I notice pain in my forearm (throbbing) normally and (sharp) when supinating...? It has been three months since the injury still waiting for Doctors opinion... pain is getting worse.

I'm trying to avoid but work as a Strength Coach so unavoidable .. any ideas what it could be?? Should something not come up in the MRI??? other than the 1cm tear??

Is a 1cm tear bad enough to warrent surgery?

Thanks in advance - this is affecting my career... need some good advice.!!

Matt
Additional Comment I forgot:
