Hi ,
Thankyou so much for all of your information ,i found it very helpful as i have never had an injury of the knee before, I have since has anMRI scan and now know the actual injury to my knee,so i thought i would let you know the outcome, unfortunately it is not great news for me (especially as i have 4 children ,my youngest being a 1 year old that never keeps still , and a husband that works 7 days a week ) but never mind so hear goes , a grade 1 injury to the Posteria
cruciate Ligament, a grade 2 Tear to the medial collatoral Ligament and a completely snapped in half Anterior Cruciate Ligament and a tear in the Meadial
Meniscus, so one very unstable knee which is why it kept feeling like it was popping out sideways they also said i had an extremely large hemarthrosis at the right above my knee cap which is why it seemed so swollen above the knee cap , so at the moment i am in a hinged knee brace and doing pre op physio getting ready for an ACL Reconstruction in the next 2-6 weeks so unfortunately i have a bit of a road ahead of me , but im sure i will get there! Thanks for your help and any advice would be greatly appreciated!
